Hi I'm April!
I have a passion for helping women reach their full potential in fitness, health and well-being. I am committed to creating a supportive and encouraging environment for my clients and offering them the tools, resources and accountability to succeed.
My coaching approach is forward focused: Setting goals, targets and consistent reflection along the way, each step forward holds significance in the journey. Aligning mindset with actions to achieve meaningful outcomes.
I value collaboration, and working with the client to create a customized and individual plan that supports their specific needs.
I also value compassion style coaching, and have a deep personal understanding of the struggles of the journey. I began my journey in fitness after the birth of my youngest son.
I fell in love with how it impacted my abilities in all areas of my life, and shortly after began my journey in bodybuilding, and have competed in 9 shows in the bikini category.
Competing taught me resilience and showed me what the mind is truly capable of when you have a goal, which Inspired me to pursue education In fitness and nutrition.
In 2015 I became NASM certified in personal training & nutrition and began my journey in coaching.
In 2020 i quit my full time job dental assisting to pursue online coaching full time, and soon followed the opening of my studio where I currently teach 18 fitness classes a week.
I am so blessed to be surrounded by positive, motivated and goal determined women everyday.
I encourage my clients to ask questions, as this helps you adhere to the plan knowing the why behind the action. I also find importance in reflection in the journey and encourage my clients to reflect on the wins, obstacles, and perseverance gained along the way.

Jackie Cansick
Hi I’m Jackie!!!
I am passionate about fitness and holistic well-being. My journey has always involved working closely with people, as I naturally gravitate towards being a caretaker. I firmly believe in the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul, and it brings me great joy to assist individuals in achieving their best selves and fostering self-belief. Having overcome many health struggles, I am resilient and determined, and I channel that same determination into helping others. I am committed to ensuring that you do not give up on yourself!
I am a 200YTT Yoga and Fusion Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Nutrition Coach. I am a figure competitor with the Canadian Physique Alliance, preparing to compete at Internationals in August in Pittsburgh. This competitive journey not only allows me to challenge my physical limits but also to continuously push the boundaries of what I can achieve.
In my spare time, yoga is a significant part of my routine, providing me with balance, flexibility, and inner peace. Additionally, I enjoy gardening, where I connect with nature, and organization as it brings clarity and order to my surroundings.
Through every activity I engage in, I bring my cheery personable self along with my goal to inspire and support others in their quest for a balanced and fulfilling life. People’s abilities and determination inspire me and when someone shows up for me it ignites a powerful cycle of inspiration and reciprocity that motivates me to give back even more!
